Two new My Hero Academia character visuals, which will be featured on some upcoming goods, have been released.
One visual features Toshinori Yagi (All Might) standing imposingly with the back of his hand facing outwards while Hawks, Endeavor, and Mirko throw themselves into battle. The other contrasts the hero lineup by having villains Dabi, Shigaraki, and Toga lined up with gleeful smiles.
The My Hero Academia anime is based on the Shueisha-published manga series by Kouhei Horikoshi, which began serialization in in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2014 and has 38 tankoubon volumes as of June 2023. The seventh season of the Bones-produced anime series, which debuted in 2016, is currently in production, and a fourth anime movie is also in the works. A new OVA was announced last month.
Viz Media describes the manga as:
Middle school student Izuku Midoriya wants to be a hero more than anything, but he hasn’t got an ounce of power in him. With no chance of ever getting into the prestigious U.A. High School for budding heroes, his life is looking more and more like a dead end. Then an encounter with All Might, the greatest hero of them all, gives him a chance to change his destiny…
