A new key visual has been released for the upcoming original TV anime series Delusional Monthly Magazine (also known as Gekkan Moso Kagaku or Monthly Moso Science), which is scheduled for release sometime in January 2024.
The anime project was previously announced this past September, unveiling an initial voice cast, production staff, teaser visual, and PV trailer.

Ichigo Umatani is credited with the original story of Monthly Moso Science. Chizuru Miyawaki (Raven of the Inner Palace) is the original character designer and the series director. Hiroko Kanasugi (Drug Store in Another World: The Slow Life of a Cheat Pharmacist) is serving as the series screenwriter, Akane Hirota (Komi Can’t Communicate chief animation director) as character designer, and Akiyuki Tateyama (Yuru Camp) as music composer. OLM (Team Yoshioka) is the animation production company.
Meanwhile, the main voice cast for the anime includes:

- • Yuusuke Shirai as Saburou

Delusional Monthly Magazine is an original anime that takes place in a certain country in Most City, where the handsome editor-in-chief Tarou, 10-year-old assistant Jirou, and the dog Saburou, work at a small publishing company. The company publishes the Monthly Moso Science magazine with articles about bizarre paranormal phenomena. A scientist named Gorou visits the editorial department one day, and they all get involved in supernatural incidents that even science can’t explain.
