A fourth character PV trailer has been released for the Pon no Michi original TV anime, highlighting the character Riche Hayashi. The anime is scheduled to premiere sometime in January 2024 on the Animeism programming block.
The production staff for Pon no Michi includes Tatsuma Minamikawa (Fire Force Season 2 director and series composer) as director and scriptwriter, Kenji Oota (Lance N’ Masques) as character designer, and Negi Haruba (The Quintessential Quintuplets manga artist) as original character designer. OLM is handling the animation production for the series.
Meanwhile, the voice cast includes:

The anime’s opening theme is “Ponpopopon” performed by Kana Nakada, featuring the Pon no Michi All Stars, who are composed of the voice actors of the anime.
A manga adaptation by Tsukasa Unohana was launched in Kodansha’s shoujo manga magazine Nakayoshi on September 1, 2023.

The anime takes place in Hiroshima Prefecture’s Onomichi City and follows the daily lives of several high school girls who hang out at a former mahjong parlor. A high school student named Nashiko Jippensha is kicked out of her home and finds refuge in a mahjong parlor her father ran.
