The upcoming second cour of sci-fi mecha anime Synduality Noir will premiere in Japan on January 8 (effectively January 9 at 12 AM JST), it has been announced.
A character design image for Mystere, who made her debut in the 12th and final episode of the first cour, was released as well.
Synduality Noir‘s first cour began in July of this year, with Hulu streaming the show in the United States while Disney+ streamed it worldwide. Hulu describes the plot as:
In 2242, Kanata meets Noir, a Magus who lost her memories; Kanata wants to become a Drifter and partners up with Noir to learn how to become one.
The Eight Bit-produced anime is set in the future of the upcoming Bandai Namco-published PvPvE third-person shooter Synduality: Echo of Ada. The mixed-media project also includes manga and hobby products.
