The BanG Dream! It’s MyGO!!!!! anime is getting a movie that is planned to be released this year. It will have two parts: Haru no Hidamari, Mayoi Neko and Utau, Bokura ni Nareru Uta & FILM LIVE.
BanG Dream! It’s MyGO!!!!! the Movie will be a compilation of the TV series with new cuts inserted. Utau, Bokura ni Nareru Uta & FILM LIVE will, like the title indicates, include new live performance-style footage.
BanG Dream! It’s MyGO!!!!! premiered on June 29, 2023 and ended on September 14, 2023 with 13 episodes. Koudai Kakimoto (BanG Dream! 2nd Season and 3rd Season) directed the show with Yuniko Ayana (BanG Dream! series composer) as series composer and scriptwriter and Sanzigen as the animation production company. It is the most recent entry in Bushiroad’s BanG Dream! media-mix project, which began in 2015 with a manga series.
A sequel series, BanG Dream! Ave Mujica, is tentatively scheduled to premiere in January 2025.
