The upcoming original sci-fi rom-com anime Astro Note, which premieres this April, has received a main trailer that previews its characters and deranged comedic faces. There’s also a character visual, some new cast announcements, and opening song info.
Joining the cast lineup are Rie Kugimiya as Ren Wakabayashi, Tomokazu Sugita as Tomihiro Wakabayashi, Shinichirou Miki as Shokichi Yamashita, Ai Furihata as Teruko Matsubara, Junichi Suwabe as Naosuke, Yui Ogura as Aoi Uemachi, and Jun Fukuyama as Shoin Ginger. The opening song is “Hohoemi Note” by Furihata.
Astro Note will be streamed on Crunchyroll in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and the Commonwealth of Independent States. The synopsis for the show is:
Takumi, a gifted chef, was just let go from his job. He lands a gig at an old boarding house called Astro-sou, but hesitates to accept after learning he must also live there full-time. That is until he meets the beautiful and charming caretaker, Mira, and he’s sold. The two begin to work together and their connection deepens. But Mira has a secret: she isn’t from this world!
