Season 2 of Cardfight!! Vanguard DivineZ, the current installment of the D series of the Cardfight!! Vanguard franchise, is set to begin in July 2024.

Cardfight!! Vanguard DivineZ Season 2 will be the D series’s sixth entry, after two Cardfight!! Vanguard seasons and three Cardfight!! Vanguard will+Dress seasons. The current plan is to have nine D series seasons, with the ninth season to premiere in July 2025.
Cardfight!! Vanguard DivineZ is available on the official Cardfight!! Vanguard YouTube channel, which describes the first episode as:
One day, a youth named Akina Myodo from Kanazawa of Kaga obtains a mysterious card after experiencing a vision of planet Cray. That card is proof that he has been chosen as the Fated One of Miracles, and an invitation to the “Fated Clash”, where the last one standing can have their wish granted.
Before the D series titles, there were other Cardfight!! Vanguard anime like 2011’s Cardfight!! Vanguard, 2014’s Cardfight!! Vanguard G, and 2018’s Cardfight!! Vanguard. The shows are part of Bushiroad‘s Cardfight!! Vanguard multimedia franchise, which started in 2011 and revolves around a trading card game.
The D series is a co-production between Kinema Citrus, Gift Animation, and STUDIO JEMI, and features original character designs from CLAMP.
