Momentary Lily Reveals 1st Main Trailer, Key Visual, Main Cast, Staff featured image

The upcoming GoHands original anime Momentary Lily has received its first main trailer and a key visual, plus details about the staff, main cast, and opening theme song.

The main voice actors for the show are Natsuko Abe as Yuri Kawazu, Tsugumi Sakuragi as Erika Kodaiji, Shion Wakayama as Hinageshi Usuzumi, Manatsu Murakami as Renge Kasumi, Misaki Kuno as Sazanka Yoshino, and Miyuri Shimabukuro as Ayame Sakuya. Renge is the timid new addition to Yuri’s group of teenage girls, who spend their days hanging out in an abandoned city. A line from Renge reveals that “something” has happened to the world, and there are scenes of Yuri wielding a massive sword against an unseen enemy.

Shingo Suzuki (K and Coppelion director) is the chief director and character designer for Momentary Lily. Other staff include:

• Main animator: Takayuki Uchida (K co-main animator)
• Music composer: Ryosuke Kojima (The Masterful Cat Is Depressed Again)

The opening theme is “Oishii Survivor” by Hanabie.

Momentary Lily is set to begin its broadcast in January 2025, while a world premiere screening will take place at Anime Expo 2024 on July 4. It’s the first GoHands original (Shochiku shares original creator credits) since 2019’s W’z.
