The Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the System (Tsuihousareta Tensei Juu Kishi wa Game Chishiki de Musou Suru) manga is getting a TV anime adaptation produced by GoHands. A teaser trailer and visual have been released.
The premise involves the titular Heavy Knight, who is from a Sword Saint lineage, being exiled and losing his succession rights due to the prejudice against the Heavy Knight class in his world. Fortunately for the protagonist, he is aware that this world is actually a game that he used to play heavily, and that the Heavy Knight is the strongest class.
The Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the System manga by Lee Brocco is serialized in Kodansha’s Young Magazine and is based on the light novels by Nekoko. The anime’s announcement coincides with the release of the manga’s 11th tankoubon volume.
The Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the System was originally a web novel that debuted on Shousetsuka ni Narou in 2021. The Jyaian-illustrated light novels are published under the K Ranove imprint and have three volumes as of February 2024.
