The Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi TV anime will premiere in 2025. A teaser trailer and visual have been released, and P.A.WORKS was announced as the animation production studio.
Tadahito Matsubayashi (Magical Girl Site) is directing the adaptation with character designs from Yusuke Inoue (animation director on Mayonaka Punch, Skip and Loafer et al.).
Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi is based on the romantic comedy manga by Aya Hirakawa, which has been serialized in Shogakukan’s Shonen Sunday since 2021 and has 10 volumes as of July 2024. The story follows Yu Ayase, the less-than-average son of a famous actress who ends up cohabitating with three incredibly talented sisters with a hidden side to them.
