The Ruri Rocks!: A Mineralogy Adventure (Ruri no Houseki) TV anime adaptation has received a teaser trailer and visual.
The production credits reveal Shingo Fujii (Onimai: I’m Now Your Sister!) as director, Michiko Yokote (Love Is Indivisible by Twins) as series composer, Mayu Fujii as character designer, and Studio Bind as the animation production studio. Both Fujiis also worked on the separately produced teaser trailer as unit director and animation director, respectively.
Meanwhile, the main cast includes Miyari Nemoto as Ruri Tanigawa and Asami Seto as Nagi Arato.
The Ruri Rocks! manga by Keiichiro Shibuya has been serialized in KADOKAWA’s Harta since 2019 and released its fifth volume on September 13, 2024 JST. The mineralogy-themed manga follows Ruri, a high school girl who likes gems and accessories, and her dive into the world of mineral collection.
