A new main key visual and three more cast members have been revealed for the upcoming I’m Living with an Otaku NEET Kunoichi!? TV anime series, which begins broadcasting in Japan on January 4, 2024.
The three new cast members joining the series include Sho Nogami as Toru Nakayama, Manatsu Murakami as Himari Asakura, and Yui Horie as Saya Hazuki.
They join a main voice cast that stars:

- • Shoya Ishige as Tsukasa Atsumi
- • Fairouz Ai as Ayame Momochi
- • Saya Aizawa as Hina Izumi
- • Hina Kino as Kanae Natsumi
- • Shigeru Chiba as Narrator
Hisashi Saito (Kuroitsu-san from the Monster Development Department) is directing the anime series, with Takashi Aoshima (The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You) as series screenwriter, Masahiko Suzuki (Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games is Tough for Mobs) as character designer, and CMJK as music composer. Quad is in charge of the animation production.
The anime adaptation is based on the romantic comedy web manga series, written and illustrated by Kotatsu, with Yakitomato credited with the storyboarding. It was first launched on Twitter as a self-published webcomic on Twitter on January 25, 2020. In Japan, the series is known under the title NEET Kunoichi to Nazeka Dousei Hajimemashita.
The series was later re-published in Niconico Seiga’s No 9. Comic on February 22, 2024. Ten digital volumes were released by Kadokawa under its Dengeki Comics EX label as of March 2023. Three print volumes have also been released by ASCII Media Works as of March 2023.
HIDIVE will be streaming I’m Living with an Otaku NEET Kunoichi!? and describes the synopsis as:
In order to protect an ordinary businessman, Tsukasa Atsumi, from demons, a genius kunoichi, Shizuri Ideura, signs a master-servant contract with him on the condition that she stays with him. Despite her cool appearance of defeating demons, Shizuri is an otaku NEET who spends all her time playing video games. While Shizuri is spoiled by Tsukasa and leads a lazy cohabitation life, the quirky Kunoichi gather together… A romantic comedy about living together with a genius Kunoichi who is an otaku and a NEET!
