The Please Put Them On, Takamine-san anime adaptation has received not one, but two teaser trailers — a “Healthy” version and a spicier “Gentleman” version — which serve to highlight the titular heroine.

They also reveal the show’s April 2025 premiere window and its main staff and cast. The erotic romantic comedy has been placed in the hands of director Tomoe Makino (A Condition Called Love) and is a LIDENFILMS production. The series composition and scripts are by Yu Sato (The Legendary Hero is Dead!), while the character designs are handled by Ryo Yamauchi (My Master Has no Tail) and Maya Ito (Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout The Animation co-sub-character designer).

Meanwhile, the lead characters of Please Put Them On, Takamine-san are being played by Yurika Kubo (Takane Takamine) and Daisuke Kasuya (Koshi Shirota).

A visual of Takamine was also been released, with more to come on a monthly basis.

Please Put Them On, Takamine-san is based on the manga by Yuichi Hiiragi, which began serialization in Square Enix’s Monthly Gangan Joker in 2019 and has nine tankoubon volumes as of August 2024. Yen Press describes the premise as:

Takane Takamine is the goddess of her high school. With perfect grades, athletic prowess, and unrivaled beauty, this student council president is the apple of everyone’s eye-including Koushi Shirota, a below-average student with no friends or social prospects whatsoever. But he’ll soon find out the secret behind Takamine’s unbelievable success-her underwear! When she strips, she can undo any of her past actions, and now that Koushi knows, Takamine won’t let him off so easy…
