The Danjo no Yuujou wa Seiritsu suru? TV anime adaptation will begin airing in April 2025. A key visual, as well as its main cast and staff have also been revealed.
Kikunosuke Toya is voicing male protagonist Yu Natsume, while Sayumi Suzushiro is the voice of heroine Himari Inuzuka. For the staff, Yohei Suzuki (Sugar Apple Fairy Tale) is directing with Nozu Yaemori as series composer and Natsuki Oyama (2.5 Dimensional Seduction Episode 11 co-animation designer) as character designer.

Danjoru is based on the Dengeki Bunko light novel series written by Nana Nana and illustrated by Parum. Yu and Himari are friends who first met and befriended each other at a middle school festival. Now in high school, the two continue to maintain their distance as “best friends” of opposite genders, until the appearance of a cool and beautiful girl named Rion Enomoto, who was Yuu’s first love, disrupts their current lives.
The light novels started in 2021, and there are 11 volumes as of December 10, 2024 JST. A manga adaptation by Kamelie also began in 2021. JC.Staff is producing the anime.
