A teaser trailer for 2025’s New Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt anime has been released.
It confirms the return of Arisa Ogasawara as Panty, Mariya Ise as Stocking, Koji Ishii as Garterbelt, Hiroyuki Yoshino as Brief, Takashi Nakamura as Chuck, and Yuka Komatsu as Scanty. Akeno Watanabe is Kneesocks (replacing Ayumi Fujimura), while Yuko Natsuyoshi is Fastener (replacing Miki Makiguchi).
More New Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt staff credits were also revealed, including:

The first season of Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt first aired in Japan in 2010 and was produced at Gainax. Crunchyroll describes it as:
Panty and Stocking are obscene angels who were banished from the pearly gates for being foul-mouthed, sex-crazed, sugar-addicted bad girls! Now they spend their days hunting ghosts in the lecherous abyss between Heaven and Earth.
