Yoshifumi Tozuka‘s Undead Unluck manga has ended with its 239th and final chapter. The chapter was published in Issue 9 (2025) of Weekly Shonen Jump, which was released on January 27 JST.
The Weekly Shonen Jump YouTube channel released a commemoration trailer the day before, with Yuichi Nakamura (Andy) and Moe Kahara (Fuko) providing voiceovers for it.
For the tankoubon volumes, Undead Unluck Volume 25 is coming out on February 4 JST and has received a cover reveal. Volumes 26 and 27 (the latter is reported as being the final volume), as well as a third light novel, will be released in April.
The Shueisha-published manga began serialization in 2020. A david production-produced TV anime adaptation directed by Yuki Yase (Fire Force Season 1, Mekaku City Actors) ran from October 2023 to March 2024, and a one-hour anime special is scheduled for winter 2025. Viz Media describes the manga as:
All Fuuko wants is a passionate romance like the one in her favorite shojo manga. Unfortunately, her Unluck ability makes that impossible. But just as Fuuko hits rock bottom, Andy sweeps her off her feet—literally! Now she’s become Andy’s unwilling test subject as he works to find a way to trigger a stroke of Unluck big enough to kill him for good. However, when the pair discovers a secret organization is hunting them, it puts Andy’s burial plans on hold.
