The Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra: World Conquest Starts with the Civilization of Ruin anime adaptation has received a teaser trailer previewing reincarnated protagonist Takuto Ira and the pointy-eared Sludge Witch Atou. Also revealed were the show’s July premiere window, a third version of its teaser visual, more cast members, and its staff.
Yuji Yanase (For My Daughter, I’d Even Defeat a Demon Lord, Himegoto) is directing Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra at MAHO FILM. Among the other staff members are series composers Yuka Yamada (Nina the Starry Bride) and Kunihiko Okada (The Demon Sword Master of Excalibur Academy), as well as main character designer and chief animation director Kaho Deguchi (By the Grace of the Gods main character designer and co-chief animation director).
Meanwhile, the additional cast members include Kaori Maeda as Maria and Kanon Takao as Caria.
Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra is based on the light novel series written by Fehu Kazuno and illustrated by Jun. Cross Infinite World describes the plot as:
Takuto Ira succumbed to illness at a young age and ended up reincarnating in a world that resembles the fantasy turn-based strategy game Eternal Nations. Not only did he reincarnate into his favorite game, but as the god who commands the evil civilization Mynoghra. With Mynoghra’s beautiful hero unit, Sludge Witch Atou by his side, not even legendarily difficult race traits will stand in the way of restarting their civilization!

The light novel series, which is published under the Micro Magazine’s GC Novels label, debuted in 2019 and released its seventh volume in June 2024. There is a manga by Yasaiko Midorihana.
