A new trailer has been released for the upcoming second season of Wind Breaker, highlighting Haruka and the Bofurin’s new enemies in the “KEEL arc.” The second season will begin broadcasting in Japan on April 3, 2025.
The returning staff from the first season working on the second season include Toshifumi Akai as director, Hiroshi Seko as series screenwriter, Taishi Kawakami as character designer and co-chief animation director, and Kazuyuki Asaka as action director. CloverWorks is once again handling the animation production.
Meanwhile, the anime’s main voice cast includes:

The first season premiered on April 4, 2024 and aired for 13 total episodes. The delinquent action anime is based on the manga by Satoru Nii, which started serialization on Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket on January 13, 2021. Twenty-one tankobon volumes have been released as of March 2025. Kodansha USA releases the manga in English.
Crunchyroll has confirmed that it will stream the second season in over 200 countries and territories worldwide. It describes the main synopsis of the second season as:
