Bandai Namco Entertainment has released a trailer for DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO‘s DAIMA Character Pack 1 DLC, which is now available for Season Pass holders and will launch for everyone else on April 24.

The trailer shows the miniaturized Goku and Vegeta, as well as Glorio and Majin Kuu, going at it with each other, with Panzy appearing at the end.

DAIMA Character Pack 1 is DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO‘s second DLC, following January’s HERO OF JUSTICE Pack. It primarily adds eight new playable characters, which are Goku (Mini), Super Saiyan; Vegeta (Mini); Vegeta (Mini), Super Saiyan; Vegeta (Mini), Super Saiyan 2; Vegeta (Mini), Super Saiyan 3; Glorio; Panzy; and Majin Kuu.

The new DLC’s early access player reviews haven’t been positive — it currently has a Very Negative user rating on Steam, and while its PlayStation Store score is currently at 3.39 stars out of 5, 34% of the reviews gave it a one-star rating.

DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO was released on October 11 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The Spike Chunsoft-developed fighting game is the first entry in the Budokai Tenkaichi (Dragon Ball Z: Sparking! in Japan) series 2007’s Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3.

The Dragon Ball DAIMA anime that’s the inspiration for this new DLC ran from October 2024 to February 2025. Crunchyroll describes its premise as:

Goku and company were living peaceful lives when they suddenly turned small due to a conspiracy! When they discover that the reason for this may lie in a world known as the “Demon Realm”, a mysterious young Majin named Glorio appears before them.
