The Awajima Hyakkei TV anime, which follows the girls of the Awajima music academy, has received a two-minute trailer previewing newcomer Wakana Tabata and her interactions with some of the other students. The soothing trailer, which includes a scene awash with an evocative blue-green, was accompanied by the reveal of the show’s April 2026 premiere window.

The anime also received a character visual for Wakana, the first in a series that will be released over three months. Additionally, it was announced that Nina Nakabayashi is voicing Wakana, while Yo Taichi is dorm leader Kinue Takahara.
