The Super Psychic Policeman Chojo manga has a TV anime adaptation that’s set for a 2026 premiere.
Juninchi Yamamoto (Maebashi Witches, More Than a Married Couple, But Not Lovers) is directing the anime at Arvo Animation. The main staff credits also include Hayashi Mori (Onmyo Kaiten Re:Birth Verse) as series composer and scriptwriter and Masakatsu Sasaki (We Never Learn) as character designer.
Super Psychic Policeman Chojo (Chojun! Chojo Senpai) was created by Shun Numa and follows the police duo of Meguru Chojo, who has special powers, and Nao Ippongi, who is highly formidable in judo. It ranked third in the Next Manga Awards 2025’s Print Manga category.
The Shueisha-published manga debuted in February 2024 in Weekly Shonen Jump, and received its eighth and final volume in September 2025. Viz Media has licensed the physical volumes.

The creator of Samon the Summoner returns to Jump with a new series about a super-powered policeman! In Chinjuku, the city that never sleeps, there is a psychic senior police officer who has powers beyond human comprehension! His name is Meguru Chojo! Along with his judo expert partner Nao Ippongi, this hilarious duo will keep the streets clean by any means necessary!
