The Dr. Stone anime series has unveiled an updated teaser trailer for its upcoming third and final cour for Dr. Stone Science Future during Jump Festa 2026. The updated trailer includes a scene introducing a new character named Sai, a genius mathematician. It is scheduled to premiere in April 2026.

Dr. Stone Science Future is the final season of the Dr. Stone anime series. It is split into three cours with the first cour airing in January 2025 and the second cour airing in September 2025. The third cour was announced after the end of the second cour. The first season of the series started airing in July 2019.

The TV anime series based on Riichiro Inagaki and Boichi’s Dr. Stone manga series, which ran from 2017 to 2022 in Weekly Shonen Jump. The series has released 26 manga volumes and inspired a smartphone game.

Viz Media has licensed and published all 26 volumes of the manga in English. Crunchyroll is currently streaming all the season and describes the series as:
